Status at 8 September 2026
Published measures and interpretation
Authority / scope
Shijiazhuang Government · Recognised innovation platforms and selected collaborative R&D projects

The framework supports innovation platforms and enterprise-led collaboration with universities and research organisations. Selection and recognition requirements distinguish these mechanisms from general enterprise subsidies.

The city also issued new sector-support measures in February 2026. Their existence is confirmed by the official register, but detailed award figures are omitted here because the embedded document was not fully retrievable during this review.

Status at 8 September 2026
Programme reported; new incentive measures remain a draft in retrieved evidence
Authority / scope
Langfang Government · AI applications and proposed industry support

Official reporting identifies AI applications in logistics, electronics, health and other industries. The July support-measure consultation is a separate document. Its proposed incentive amounts should not be advertised as enacted awards without a final issuance notice.

Tangshan / robotics policy expiry

Policy date / period
2023 support measures expired 31 December 2025
Status at 8 September 2026
Archived incentive policy; not current support
Authority / scope
Tangshan Government · Robotics industry

The published robotics support measures contain an explicit expiry date of 31 December 2025. Their monetary incentives are therefore not represented as currently available. Robotics remains a research topic, but any successor award programme needs its own enacted source.
