Start with the need, not the entity
CyberNomad China works with selected foreign founder-led technical teams to test a narrower question: could one or more Beijing resources materially improve the next stage of your company? Your headquarters, core engineering team and existing operating geography can remain exactly where they are.
A useful node might be a clinical validation relationship, research partner, field-validation environment, robotics test environment, industrial customer, supplier or prototype network, R&D node, agricultural test field, public-sector application scenario or temporary engineering presence. The correct answer may also be that no Beijing node is needed.

Illustrative routing examples
These are analytical examples, not CyberNomad China client case studies. They show how different company functions can belong in different places.
- Agricultural robotics — field validation in Pinggu; additional agricultural validation in Tongzhou; hardware and supplier iteration in Beijing's manufacturing ecosystem or the wider China supply chain; existing headquarters remains abroad.
- Autonomous environmental UAV — flight and low-altitude validation in Yanqing; an environmental application problem in Miyun; core company remains abroad.
- Neurointerface / tactile sensing — clinical and device translation in Changping; robotics validation in Shijingshan; hardware iteration at a separate manufacturing or supplier node; core company remains abroad.
What an initial conversation can cover
For selected technical teams we proactively contact, initial Beijing node mapping and relevant public-sector or ecosystem introductions are not charged to the founder. This does not mean that every founder receives free execution work, that every introduction is publicly funded, or that a programme, partner or district will accept a project.
In selected investment-promotion or project-development cases, Meridian Flow LLC may seek or receive project-service, investment-promotion, partnership or related compensation from a district, park, public-sector organization or industrial partner. Where relevant, that relationship is disclosed and does not determine founder fit.
CyberNomad China is an independent project operated by Meridian Flow LLC. It is not a Beijing government agency and does not claim appointed investment-promotion status unless a specific disclosed relationship says otherwise.
