Why this guide exists

CyberNomad China connects two questions that are usually treated separately: how a foreign solo founder or remote professional can operate lawfully in China, and how that person might build an ordinary life in a specific local community. The Peking Edition is the first in-depth regional guide.

It is edited from Beijing using public policy, official service guidance, institutional reporting and first-hand field visits. The project is published and commercially operated by Meridian Flow LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA. It is independent of government departments, property platforms, visa agencies and village tourism businesses.

02

Who operates the project

CyberNomad China is a field-research and market-entry project of Meridian Flow LLC. Meridian Flow provides the company infrastructure for contracts, international payments and commercial enquiries while the guide maintains its source and disclosure standards.

Meridian Flow LLC is registered at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE #8120, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Business enquiries may be sent to support@meridianflowllc.com. The company website is www.meridianflowllc.com.

Paid research, coordination, sponsorship or referral relationships must be identified separately. Payment does not convert an operator’s claim into an editorial fact or purchase an undisclosed ranking.

03

What field observation can—and cannot—prove

Field notes record what the editor saw, heard and tested on a particular visit: streets, buildings, public facilities, visitor activity, local conversations and practical operating conditions.

They do not prove ownership, legal use, structural safety, current rent, English fluency, administrative approval or the future operation of a business. Those facts must be checked for the specific person, property and date.

04

Local institutions are practical infrastructure

Village committees, township governments, Party–Masses Service Centres and entrepreneurship service offices are often the most useful first point of contact when a newcomer does not know which authority owns a question.

Our field experience is that polite, specific requests for orientation are often met with practical help. This is not a promise of favourable treatment, an exemption from law or a guaranteed approval. Local powers, staff roles and implementation vary.

05

Privacy and contact

Exact residential parcels, private owners and identifiable minors are not published without a clear editorial reason and permission. The site does not ask readers to send passports, bank records, immigration documents or property contracts.

Telegram is used for community and first contact; business enquiries may also be sent to support@meridianflowllc.com. Do not send sensitive records through an unsolicited message. Any commercial relationship is contracted separately by Meridian Flow LLC and does not alter independent editorial labelling.
