Information, not professional advice
CyberNomad China provides general editorial, field-research and source-navigation information. It does not constitute legal, tax, immigration, investment, medical, property, engineering or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional-client, fiduciary or agency relationship.
Rules, programmes, prices, businesses and local practices change. Confirm the current rule with the competent authority and obtain qualified advice for your facts before acting. For Chinese law and policy, the official Chinese text published by the competent authority prevails over our summary or translation.
Independence and no government affiliation
CyberNomad China and Meridian Flow LLC are independent of the Chinese government, local authorities, visa offices, property owners, village committees and businesses described on the site. References to them do not imply endorsement, appointment or authority to act for them.
No government affiliation, approval, visa result, licence, grant, investment return, property outcome or programme eligibility is promised.
Permitted use
You may read, link to and quote reasonable excerpts from the public website for lawful personal, editorial or research use with clear attribution.
