Agreement and operator

These Terms of Use govern your access to CyberNomad China, operated by Meridian Flow LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE #8120, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must use the website lawfully and have legal capacity to accept these terms. Nothing here removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction.

02

Information, not professional advice

CyberNomad China provides general editorial, field-research and source-navigation information. It does not constitute legal, tax, immigration, investment, medical, property, engineering or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional-client, fiduciary or agency relationship.

Rules, programmes, prices, businesses and local practices change. Confirm the current rule with the competent authority and obtain qualified advice for your facts before acting. For Chinese law and policy, the official Chinese text published by the competent authority prevails over our summary or translation.

03

Commercial roles and authority

CyberNomad China is a commercial research, decision-support and project-coordination platform operated by Meridian Flow LLC, not a government programme. References to an organization do not establish an appointment, endorsement or authority to act for it. Any authority to represent a party depends on a specific written authorization and its agreed scope.

No government affiliation, approval, visa result, licence, grant, investment return, property outcome or programme eligibility is promised.

04

Permitted use

You may read, link to and quote reasonable excerpts from the public website for lawful personal, editorial or research use with clear attribution. Automated systems may access agent-readable pages where our robots and discovery files permit it, provided access is reasonable, does not disrupt the service and does not misrepresent the source.

You may not bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with the website, harvest personal data, impersonate us, publish our content as your own, or reproduce a substantial part of the site or its original downloadable materials for resale or redistribution without written permission. AI model development and training are expressly permitted under the public-content permission below.

05

Automated and machine-learning use of public content

Meridian Flow LLC expressly permits automated systems to crawl, index, retrieve, analyse and use its intentionally published public website content, including public webpages, images, downloadable materials and Agent-readable content, for search, AI retrieval, summarisation, model development and model training. No separate written permission is required for these uses. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms.

This permission does not extend to non-public materials, personal data, private Policy Intelligence data, client reports, administrative or API surfaces, non-public downloadable materials, or content expressly excluded by technical controls. Where technically supported, preserve canonical source attribution and links.

This permission does not grant the right to impersonate CyberNomad China, misrepresent our content, or republish a substantial part of the site as a competing standalone publication.

06

Ownership and reader communications

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, photographs, design and downloadable materials are owned by Meridian Flow LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Government documents and third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and terms.

You retain rights in material you send to us. You give us permission to use it only as reasonably necessary to respond, provide a requested service, protect the project or comply with law. We will not publish a private submission as an attributed field report without permission, except where disclosure is legally required.

07

Paid services, commercial relationships and providers

Use of the website, Founder Fit Check or an introductory project conversation alone does not create a paid service engagement or agency relationship. Paid services are contracted by Meridian Flow LLC under a separate written proposal, scope of work or service agreement identifying the commissioning party, role, deliverables, payer and agreed costs, which may authorize specific procedural, coordination, submission, fieldwork or other activities where lawful.

CyberNomad China / Meridian Flow may provide research, evaluation, coordination, referral, fieldwork, provider liaison, process tracking and agreed execution support. Regulated legal, tax, accounting, immigration or other licensed professional judgments must be performed or confirmed by the appropriately qualified provider.

Meridian Flow LLC may receive compensation from the foreign organisation, a Chinese industrial park, development zone, investment-promotion organisation, government-related receiving-side entity, institution or another project participant. Different parties may commission different work, including research, project development, coordination, referral or success-based work. Third-party compensation does not by itself create an agency or representative relationship with the payer.

Receiving-side compensation may affect execution economics. It does not, by itself, determine technical ranking or route selection. Capability fit and access verification come before execution options; an incentive is not proof of capability.

This general disclosure describes the business model. For a specific project, Meridian discloses the existence and nature of a materially relevant receiving-side financial relationship to the foreign organisation in writing before it relies on the recommendation. This can be in an email, proposal, scope, engagement letter or introduction note.

Specific compensation amounts, commissions, percentages, bonus or award amounts, fee schedules, receiving-side contract values and separate commercial terms remain confidential unless disclosure is required by applicable law, a specific contract or an agreed project scope. Relationship disclosure is not publication of Meridian’s commercial terms or a financial ledger.

Initial contact, Fit Check and exploratory intake do not require confidential technical information. Any deeper technical review first requires a written scope and agreed confidentiality framework, including an NDA where appropriate. The route-selection method, deliverable outline and intake boundaries are explained in How We Work.

Clients and project parties may decline introductions, seek independent advice, obtain separate quotes and choose their own providers. An introduction does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee or approval of a provider or create an obligation to purchase. Commercial disclosure does not replace licensing, professional-conduct or transaction-specific rules applicable to the provider or service.

A “do not proceed” recommendation is a valid deliverable within an agreed paid decision scope, as are recommendations to wait or use another structure.

No government approval, visa or work-permit result, subsidy or incentive award, or unverified property/address suitability is guaranteed.

Third-party websites, maps, messaging services, payment services and official pages are not controlled by us. A link is provided for convenience or sourcing and is not a warranty of availability, security, accuracy or endorsement.

08

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Flow LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the website will always be available, secure, complete or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Flow LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, opportunities or goodwill, arising from use of or reliance on the website. Our aggregate liability arising from free use of the website will not exceed USD 100. Limits that are unlawful in your jurisdiction do not apply.

09

Responsibility, changes and termination

You are responsible for decisions you make using the website and for losses caused by your unlawful use or material breach of these terms. To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Meridian Flow LLC against third-party claims arising from that conduct.

We may update content, suspend access, remove material or revise these terms. Material revisions will be identified by a new effective date. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

10

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with any separately signed service agreement, form the agreement concerning use of this website and any agreed paid scope. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
