- An engineering team, pilot line or manufacturer with the necessary process, tooling and quality controls.

A university spinout may need an instrument it cannot afford to buy. A robotics team may need a repeatable test. A hardware company may need to turn a prototype into a production process. We research the organisations that could help with that specific task.
Team size and funding stage are not the deciding factors. The useful starting point is the result you need, what is holding it up, and what the Chinese organisation would gain from participating.
Public places to begin a search
China’s Science and Technology Resource Sharing Network lists scientific facilities and instruments. Use it to identify a possible resource, then ask the host about the method, availability and application process.
CNAS publishes laboratory accreditation information. Check the certificate annex and testing standards against the measurement you need; an accreditation only covers its stated scope.

From a possible partner to a workable project
We ask the responsible team whether it can support your task: equipment and methods, staffing, schedule, cost, contracting entity and ownership of results. If more than one organisation is involved, we establish who handles each part.
The resulting brief names the candidates, records their answers and open questions, and recommends the next test or conversation. It can also explain why a candidate is unsuitable.

Where we work
We research potential partners across China. Our deepest local knowledge is in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Hainan coverage focuses on selected areas such as deep-sea testing, commercial space, medical technology and tropical agriculture.
For work elsewhere, the scope identifies what can be established through research and which questions need local confirmation or a visit. Your headquarters and core team can remain abroad; the proposed activity determines whether a local entity is needed.
What the other party needs
A Chinese organisation may also be looking for a technology, test result or application partner. We distinguish a named organisation’s request from a broad industry policy or our own assessment of a possible fit.
A productive introduction starts with a reason for both sides to talk: what each can contribute, what needs testing and who can decide on the next step.
How a conversation becomes paid work
Email a short, non-confidential outline of the technology, current stage, next milestone and timing. Leo reviews the fit and clarifies the questions needed to propose further work.
Meridian Flow LLC contracts project-specific work under an agreed written scope. The client, role, deliverables, payer and fees are explicit. The commissioning party may be the foreign team, a Chinese organisation or another project participant. Materially relevant financial relationships are disclosed before you rely on a recommendation; introductions remain your choice.
