Outer Beijing / Low-density Decision Map

Use this tool after the urban-density gate. Compare a rural or semi-rural candidate through its real geography: village → practical service hub → district centre → central Beijing.

A village is a conditional operating option, not the default result. Start with Operating Geography.

How to read this map. District geometry is simplified from public geographic data. Village and hub points preserve credible relative geography but are not address pins. Facility lists are representative rather than exhaustive and were reviewed 22 Aug 2026.

Terminology. “District urban center” means the main built-up administrative and service area of an outer Beijing district. In practice, many operate at the scale and intensity of independent cities.
