## A wider policy geography

CyberNomad tracks municipal, district and functional-zone policies across Beijing and the wider Jing-Jin-Ji region. The evidence spans research, compute, talent, proof of concept, pilot validation, technology transfer, international R&D and industrial investment.

Beijing’s atlas covers all sixteen districts plus E-Town, with greater detail where the verified policy substance warrants it. Tianjin, Hebei and Xiong’an have dedicated research pages. Hainan remains a separate specialist geography.

## Read the instrument, its date and its conditions

Each policy entry identifies the issuing authority, geographic scope, publication or programme period, and status at the review date. Official interpretations are linked alongside formal instruments where available.

Monetary figures are programme ceilings with specified eligible costs and applicant categories. Planning targets, announced fund sizes, application calls and awarded funding are different kinds of evidence. Drafts and expired measures are labelled explicitly.
