# Design the geography of the operation—not one all-purpose address.

Separate company, work, clients, dependencies and daily life before choosing a Beijing operating environment.

## The five operating nodes

Company / Registered Address, Work & Service Node, Living Base, Clients / Network, and Supply-chain / Institutional Dependencies can overlap, but do not have to.

- Company / Registered Address — the entity and address facts that must remain legally and operationally coherent.
- Work & Service Node — where work, providers and recurring operational tasks are actually handled.
- Living Base — where the founder or household can sustain ordinary life.
- Clients / Network — where customer, partner and relationship density matters.
- Supply-chain / Institutional Dependencies — the physical, technical, research or administrative nodes the business must reach.

## Methodology coming next

A fuller operating-geography worksheet will be added after the dependency and verification research is complete. The present page defines the model and routes readers into the existing evidence layers.
